Timely Results

Create a customizable survey link and send an email invitation to the congregation to take the 15-minute survey. The assessment link remains active for up to three weeks and will auto-extend for an additional week if the minimum number of 30 responses has not been reached. When the survey period closes, you'll receive a detailed report in each of the twelve areas, along with recommended next steps.

Affordable and Accessible

The Acts 2 Church Survey is available for just $150 per church. A printable PDF of the survey questions is available for congregants who prefer to complete the survey by hand. Congregants' responses can be entered by a pastor or survey administrator using the church's customizable survey link. Or, consider making a computer available in a common area with your church’s unique survey link open in a web browser.

A.C.T.S. Assessment

The Acts Grow Track (downloadable in English and Spanish) includes an A.C.T.S. self-assessment designed to help people identify their gifts and find the best place to serve in the church and community. The assessment includes four areas:

Biblical Functions Assessment

The Biblical Functions Assessment is an informal survey tool to help your leaders take the pulse on the relative strength of each of the five functions described in Acts 2:42-47. You can access the assessment here in English and Spanish.
